Speaker registration starts at 5 p.m. Nov. 21 and the meeting is at 6 p.m. at Brunswick Community College, Building A, 50 College Road, Bolivia. The comments provided during the public hearing will be considered in DEQ’s final determination regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
The draft wastewater and stormwater permits are available online and printed copies of the draft permits and related documents can be reviewed at the department’s Wilmington Regional Office. Call 910- 796-7215 to schedule an appointment to review the documents.
