The state Department of Environmental Quality Secretary’s Environmental Justice and Equity Advisory Board will meet via teleconference Monday, May 18, instead of holding an in-person meeting.
The public can listen to the meeting online or by phone.
Topics on the agenda include how DEQ is adapting to COVID-19, climate and environmental justice, DEQ’s Clean Energy Plan, the department’s Public Participation Plan, and updates to the North Carolina Community Mapping System.
